He has planning and design experience with district heating projects in the form of in-depth knowledge of district heating planning, hydraulics, construction, operation, plant engineering solutions, dealing with third party line owners and entering into agreements, tender rules and contract negotiation.
He has design management skills and extensive experience with detailed design of district heating projects. He has worked on several projects involving the design of district heating networks, district heating plants and other related infrastructure. His background in detail design and hydraulics has allowed him to understand the importance of sustainable and energy efficient design principles which are essential in the district heating industry.
As a seasoned project manager with experience in the district heating industry, he is confident in his ability to lead and deliver successful projects that meet or exceed expectations both in terms of time and finances.
With several years of experience in project and design management, he has a proven track record in leading large district heating projects from start to completion. He is good at developing project plans, managing project budgets and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Likewise, he also has experience with risk management and quality control (ISO 9001), which has been decisive for the success of his previous projects.
