Summary

Launched in 2012, the Campus Energy Student Video Contest challenges students from IDEA member institutions to create a short video about their campus energy plant, focused on district energy and/or combined heat and power (CHP). The 2020 winners from the University of Cincinnati share how the University's Cogeneration Central Utility Plant serves over 40,000 people on the main campus as well as the College of Medicine and several surrounding hospitals in the area.
