Session Abstract

As district energy systems and campuses migrate to alternative technologies to achieve their emissions commitments and goals, there is an urgent need to upskill, reskill and recruit to build a qualified workforce. Gone are the days of learning through static, generic textbooks and training videos. Today’s learners expect an interactive, engaging, customized training and learning experience. This session will share case studies of utilizing “model number specific” 3D animation with embedded instructional details to successfully transition to new, more efficient energy technologies and systems.
