Summary

The decision to build a CHP plant can be a daunting one. This presentation identifies six questions that should be asked during the initial stages of any new or replacement CHP project. The answers to these questions help form the foundation of the project by clarifying the value the project brings, the functions it must serve, and the constraints that must be accommodated.
