The Commercial and Industrial microgrid market segment is quickly developing, as stakeholders have verifiable examples of successful installations in the utility, municipal, and military spaces. Microgrids offer energy managers an innovative and reliable solution to fit their unique needs. Features that attract C&I customers to microgrid include cost savings, reliable power, renewable power, and advanced control system techniques. In this presentation, we will highlight a recent C&I microgrid installation jointly developed by IPERC and S&C Electric company. This project is an off-grid 2.0 agricultural production facility microgrid located in Oahu, Hawaii featuring solar and energy storage.
