Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, called on the contracting and construction sectors to expand its plans to adopt innovative solutions in building constructions, as it ensures the achievement of several goals, most notably the optimal use of energy used for space cooling. Empower also directed the major urban project developers and entrepreneurs around the world and the most important influencers in the construction sector, to the importance of contributing to sustainable development and keeping pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution by using District Cooling systems that uses advanced artificial intelligence applications. This came in conjunction with the launch of the 42nd version of the ‘Big 5’ exhibition, the largest and most influential building and construction show in the Middle East, which is being held from 12 to 15 September 2021 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
