To help you promote your participation as either an attendee or exhibitor on social media, IDEA has created Social Media PowerPoint (.ppt) slides that you can edit (shown above) to include your photo, along with a special message depending on whether you're an attendee or exhibitor. Once edited, you can save the file as a .png or .jpeg file and upload the image in your post.
There are 2 slides in this deck. Slide 1 is the template you use to create your social media image. Slide 2 is an example of what your final slide would look like, with photo, and a quick message This is the slide you will save as a .png/.jpeg to post.
To add your photo to slide 1, simply click on the “click icon to add picture” button and select your headshot.
To add text, click the “Click to Add Text” box. The slide deck provided includes the template and examples of the slide as you go through the process. Once you have your slide designed, save that slide as a .png or .jpeg which you can then upload into social media.
We have also included Bitly (or shortened) links to direct attendees to the IDEA2026 Home page, Education Schedule, Registration page, and exhibitors page (if your company is exhibiting as well). Those are listed below, and can be cut and pasted into your post as you see fit, whether it be in the text of your post or in the comments section.
Below are a few sample posts to get you started. Be sure to tag IDEA and your colleagues or co-presenters to boost reach and engagement. Also, include any relevant hashtags (4 is best) to help others find your post. A list of relevant hashtags is below as well.
